Optimal Measurement Conditions

Recommended Time: Measure in the morning on an empty stomach.
•
Recommended Conditions: After visiting the restroom, before exercise, or before showering.
•
Avoid drinking water right before the measurement.

Correct Posture
•
Leg Position
: Ensure your thighs do not touch. If they do, wear light clothing and try again.
•
Foot Position
: Place both feet properly on the electrodes, ensuring your heels do not touch each other.
•
Arm position
: If your model includes handlebars, keep your arms at a 45-degree angle and ensure your arms do not touch your sides. If your arms and underarms come into contact, wear a lightweight T-shirt during the measurement.
